G Hotels Social Media Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANIZER
The giveaway is organized by the G Hotels properties; Hotel Vallonia, Hotel Astor, Hotel Kurikka ja Hotel Red & Green

2. ELIGIBILITY
All natural persons residing in Finland who are at least 15 years old may enter. Participants under the age of 15 must have parental permission. Employees of companies involved in arranging or managing the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

3. DRAWING OF THE WINNER
The winner will be drawn on the date and time stated in the contest, among all participants who have liked and commented on any of our hotel pages.

4. PRIZES
The prize stated in the giveaway announcement will be raffled among the participants. The prize, or any part of it, cannot be exchanged or converted into cash. The winner may upgrade the prize to a higher room category or more expensive option for an additional fee. The prize will be delivered to the winner. Winners will be notified both in the contest post and personally via a private message on Facebook, Instagram, or another social media platform.

5. PERSONAL DATA
By participating, the entrant grants the organizer the right to publish their name in the organizer’s channels without separate consent or compensation. Personal data provided in connection with the giveaway will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The data will not be stored in a register but will remain publicly visible in connection with the contest post. No registration is required to participate or redeem the prize.

6. LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER
The organizer is not responsible for any issues related to data communications (such as interruptions) that may occur during participation, nor for any lost entries resulting from such issues. The organizer is not liable for any damages or costs arising from participation or from redeeming or using the prize. The organizer is not obliged to provide compensation if the winner is unable to use the prize.

7. OTHER TERMS
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or is suspected of using dishonest methods. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any similar media platform. Participants provide their information solely to the organizer, not to Meta or any similar entity.
